Daydream Cruise and Travel operates as an independent travel agency acting as an agent between you and third-party travel service providers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. We do not own or operate these services, and all bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions set by these suppliers.

2. Bookings and Payments
All travel arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation by suppliers. Payment terms and schedules will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation or change of the booking without refund.

3. Pricing and Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier pricing policies, currency fluctuations, taxes, or fees. Daydream Cruise and Travel will inform you of any changes promptly and assist in alternative arrangements if necessary.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing to Daydream Cruise and Travel. Refunds are subject to a non-refundable $100 agency fee and the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. Processing times and amounts refunded depend on supplier policies. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes or cancellations.

5. Travel Documentation and Requirements
It is your responsibility to secure all required travel documents such as passports, visas, vaccinations, and comply with all regulations and health requirements. Daydream Cruise and Travel will provide guidance as available but is not liable for issues related to documentation or compliance.

6. Liability
Daydream Cruise and Travel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by suppliers, unforeseen events, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control. Travel involves inherent risks, and by using our services, you accept these risks.

7. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property
