Refund Policy

Daydream Cruise and Travel operates as an independent travel agency and acts solely as an agent in facilitating travel bookings with a variety of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We do not own, manage, or control these suppliers or their services.

All refund requests submitted through Daydream Cruise and Travel are governed not only by our agency’s refund policies but also by the individual terms and conditions established by each respective travel supplier. These supplier policies may include specific cancellation fees, timelines, and restrictions which must be adhered to in order for a refund to be considered.

By submitting a cancellation or refund request to Daydream Cruise and Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted both our agency’s policies and the applicable supplier terms and conditions. This means that refunds are contingent upon supplier approval and are subject to their rules, which may affect the amount, timing, or eligibility of any refund issued.

Refund Policy 

At Daydream Cruise and Travel, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. However, all refund requests are subject to the following terms:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Daydream Cruise and Travel. 

  • All refunds processed through Daydream Cruise and Travel are subject to a non-refundable $100 agency fee. 

  • Refunds are also subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). 

  • We strongly recommend reviewing supplier cancellation and refund policies before booking, as Daydream Cruise and Travel has no control over their terms. 

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier’s policies and procedures. 

  • We advise all clients to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or changes.
